Scott,
You have to understand Wall Street. They do not know the difference between natural gas and oil. All of the news lately has been about the price of oil. The price of natural gas has held steady. If we have a really HOT summer (and everybody will blame it on El Nino) then the cost for air conditioning will go up due to the fact that a lot of the electric companies now use natural gas instead of coal to provide them little bitty, expensive kilowatts. If GW is involved in the drilling of Natural gas and their exploration companies, continue to explore for natural gas, then the demand for GW rigs will continue on a good basis. The good news this week is that the rig count in Louisiana and Texas, which is where their core drilling prospects are located, actually increased, while the national rig count decreased. I am still a cheerleader at this price for GW and when I have any news that you should know or that blows my skirt up, I will be the first to post. Don't feel like you are alone @ 9 1/8. There are several @ 10.1/16. Average down and tell the newcomers, when you are an old timer in a retirement resort, "I made my money on a stock called GREYWOLF" Best wishes. Jim. |
