Since someone brought up the subject of a "Spin-Off", I will throw out the rumor I have heard. The software side would stay and the
monitor/hardware division would be sold.

Now what does this mean? Well, if Musti is correct and the software division alone is worth more than the current stock price, to say nothing of whatever cash is generated by the hardware sale (I doubt it would be much), maybe the "true" value will be discovered and the stock moves up.

As for my opinion, no matter if the company sells/spins-off one or the other of the divisions or not, the company is worth more than $5.50 - $6.50 per share.
