Jim, I would suggest that this condition also exist with state and local governments. CPQ did well again today. Far cry from the 23 we were looking at last week. I still maintain that for the next couple days we will stay in place or drift back to 25. DOW 9000 might also be difficult to achieve. JMHO, not based on fact,
