My associate visited UNRG a few weeks ago. UNRG is a very speculative stock play. They will only produce its numbers if a major dist. begins dist. the KH-30 compound. Sales of the KH-30 coumpound is not the only revenue producer. UNRG is receiving revenues from their equipment sales and their film development division. This provides the company with steady revenues. Also, the co. has began producing the KH-30 compound in house. They are still in the beginning stages, therefore, UNRG is only producing a small amount in house. We had the opportuntiy to see the KH-30 compound. The compound breaks down the molocules into a liquid form not allowing it to stay as a solid mass. Then, they flush the oil well and begin pumping. The marketing for this product was originally targeted to oil co. as a one time treatment program. The new marketing plan is to use this KH-30 compound as a maintence program to keep the oil wells producing. Providing a consistant recurring revenue stream.
