Its clear that large Institutional investors and TAVA are dancing right now. Scott will delay announcements as long as he can till the Institutions are finished buying. Scott has been telling us that we haven't even started yet, so he knows what he is doing. We just got to hang on, there is 50 Billion dollars in new Mutual Fund money entering the market this year and TAVA is a hot play.
