Don't be ridiculous. I've been following INTC for years and am well aware of the modest dilution. All stocks I own show the same trend. Do you think you have discovered something unique? This is the rule, not the exception. The point is that if INTC didn't have a buyback program the dilution would be greater.

I think a billion dollars in a quarter is aggressive and $3.4 in a year is aggressive. I think most people would agree with me. Why don't you tell us what you consider to be aggressive?

TTOSBT original post asked why doesn't INTC announce a buyback program. He said nothing about reducing float. At any rate, my response was that they already have one.
