He might also just mean employees. I would think a stock like JBIL at 30 is an excellent value since thats what it was trading for an year ago. Inventory problems are temporary so for a value investor its an excellent play. Now for momentum investors they only want to buy stocks which are going up. I have a 25% loss due to the drop but am making a few 1/4 ers here and there just trading it back and forth. Just get bored holding a stock thats down a lot but I think in less than 3 months it will be back to 40+ once people notice that the excess inventory is taken care off, so also have to be careful that it dont run away after you try to make a 1/4 on it, The best bet is to just hold.
