George - one issue that I have not come to terms with and have not heard discussed is the possibility of infection from the puncture into the bone. I ran this company by my physician and her only concern with the product was the chance of a bone infection( they can be a real b**tch to treat. Can you ask those at the booth about the potential for infection, and what they are doing about this potential problem.
