Hi Mike.....Thanks..... I am trying to recall the Brex/MIQ deal..... I believe brex (sister co to MIQ) had to buy the remaining portion of the POD in order to "own" the whole railroad project.....something to do with a fund and a conflict of interest. Just guessing but could have something to do with the "blackout"..... Probably someone with a better memory can comment :-) Cheers
