The implication here is that there was some sort of colusion. Frankly, I am about as green as they come with this stuff. I am brand new to daytrading and do it infrequently. I happened to have the day off today and was aware of Joe's impending pick. I belong to AOL, as he does, and I am on his email list. I was looking for the email and as soon as I got it I went to my broker and bought 2000 shares(Proof of my small play) at 1 5/16. Not bad. I watched it run to 3 1/4 and was ecstatic! In the end I sold at 2 1/16 and made, for me, a great profit. I assure you that I was not IN on the 'scam', and it seems that Joe bought at similar prices, but being far more seasoned than I, new to sell sooner. Next time I will know better and sell sooner too. In the meantime I continue to learn and profit. I thank Joe and all the others that make that possible.
