Dear PG...I'm sure you know much more than I about this.

As I mentioned, I'm brand new at this. I hope I didn't sound like I was promoting AGTI. That was certainly not my intention. It just seemed like there was some confusion about what their press release meant, and I thought I might be able to clarify it for folks.

I can offer you no solid, financially-acceptable reason why I bought...only my gut reaction. I was in the process of doing some research on AGTI when this news came out, and it was this news in particular that pushed my decision to buy now rather than later.

I have no experience with the ebbs and flows of trading...all I have to go on is my concept of what makes me comfortable with something and what doesn't, and what I like and don't like. And I love to gamble in Atlantic City and Foxwoods, and I've noticed how much people seem to love bingo these days and how it's catching on even in the casinos. So what AGTI was working on seemed like an enormous opportunity to me at this current price ...<s> a gamble. And in my experience, which is purely legal, nothing else....for these guys to go to all the trouble, time and expense of a Letter of Understanding in between the Letter of Intent and the actual Joint Venture Agreement, I'm thinking they are both taking this technology seriously enough to solidify their original intent. Could it be simply a PR play? Sure, I suppose that argument could be made...but all I have to go on is my gut and my own experience...and all I can say is I've been on the inside of many different sizes of joint ventures from beginning to end, from Fortune 100 multi-million dollar ones to tiny ones, and these guys seem dead serious. It's that serious intent between a small company with some technology that I think personally is neat and will make money, and a company with the SEGA name and connections to give it clout and recognition that made me decide to take the plunge.

Having said that...who knows what the future brings? I've seen huge JVs fall apart over minor indemnification issues at midnight the day of the Agreement signing <and believe me, it AIN'T pretty!>...I've seen little ones go on to be successful beyond anyone's initial imagination. <s> It's all a gamble...

And isn't that why we're all here, after all?

I hope that answers your questions about why I'm holding.

Hugggggs and the best of luck to you,
*JEM*
