As Robert mentioned I also believe( although I have no way of verifying) that T.K. is doing the buying for Bradstone, who by now owns about 20% of PVO. As Cannacord was selling in the opening on the last day of trading (see a previous post) T-K was doing the buying.May be for Bradstomne again or for another client. In case of a takeover attempt of PVO by someone other than Bradstone, they must offer a pretty good price to get their hands on Bradstone's shares. I would be very upset if they don't release the news either before the open or after the close of the markets. We little guys do not have access to the news releases in real time, and if they release in the middle of trading hours, we won't be able to catch the action.
