Hi Sam,
The art part comes in after working with it for some time. There is much more than just reading the X's and O's on a chart. You have to combine the market bullish percent, the sectors, momentums, 10 week moving averages, if oil goes up and bonds go down then what, Greenspans haircut, Clintons zipper problem etc.

You get a feel for it after a while and inherently understand how all of this comes together. That is what I love about it. It is like a hunt. Nothing is as easy as just looking at a chart. You have to do the math...

Mike Burke is excellent and he and Tom work together. My feeling is their opinion isn't as far off from each other as it appears (IMO).

Stay tuned. With Toms help we should have a good idea what the market is doing.
