Hi again Geoff.....Here is a reply from a friend :-) Prairie Dog that incorporates asynchronous messaging as well as synchronous, "realtime" communications. That's the line that describes it. Asynchronous I assume means not real time like a bulletin board. While synchronous..I assume is real time. One app that does both is Netnotions. It is also the only app that can do both. However there are other apps that also can do one or the other but not both. So it could be. Sly
