DVDMaestro allows users to begin work without extensive training, but has the full power of the DVD Spec 1.0 behind it for unmatched creative flexibility. The Spruce product is a complete solution, taking in video and audio compressed streams, subtitles and menu art and handling all tasks up to and including disk layout and writing to a DLT tape for replication. System Configuration: DVDMaestro is a set of linked software modules, supplied with bundled hardware based on an Intel PC running Windows NT. Two versions are available, one for use with external video and audio encoders and a second supplied with real-time MPEG-2 and Dolby AC-3 encoders integrated as part of the package.
