I downloaded net2phone and gave it a try.
I suggest you all do the same and see the
difference.

When I called my dad with it he told me to hang
up because he couldn't take the distortion.

I explained that it was computer to phone
not phone to phone so maybe it's not fair
to compare but when I called him using the
Tempest he didn't notice a difference
between it and a "regular " call.
