To: comm@questec.com News Release.......... Continuation to Wyoming Derek Donaldson reports: Incorporation in Wyoming, U.S.A. Pursuant to Resolutions made at the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders of the Company on December 27, 1996, application was made for the continuation of the Company out of British Columbia. After making the appropriate inquiries, it was determined by the Directors that continuation into Wyoming would be the best alternative for the Company at present. On March 18, 1998, the Company was continued in Wyoming and is no longer incorporated in the Province of British Columbia. The Company is now a Wyoming corporation.
