The person who first reported this is incorrect. A deal is still being worked and I beleive that CECN would like to have a letter by mid-November, with a deal closing in January. With a deal of this nature and size you take your time and make sure that you are getting the best deal that you can. I've met with Mr. Levine and believe me he is no slouch! And whoever made the comment about the internet is way off base, His wife and Gerald are highly motivated by technology! Why else would he have wanted SRDO?!? The coal deal will be made all in due course and shareholders will get a huge return, all that is required is patience!! Even BRE-X minerals took over 3 years to get to this point and Gerry has only been with CEC for a few months. Give him a break and let him work the deal. Be patient these negotiations and the whole nasdaq listing are very complex and require a lot of time and effort to accomplish. Rob (CEC for the long haul!!)
