Ken - thx for the post. Hardwares (including firmwares) aside, it is important to note what people here have said about BAY all along in the past year. It has great service. The story says it all. So to all the BAY folks lurking here, please keep up with the great efforts!

Of course, having a great product to boot doesn't sound too bad either.

Reading the article, I m a bit surprised that ASND MAX line (beta that it may be) is behind the curve, since it has had quite a franchise in remote access gear. Of course, SHVA is the example when one does make a mistake.
