ETRADE is very slow and their server is down most of the time. I have an account with them right now and they're SUCK big time. I rate them a -10 from a scale of 0 to 10. Their price is cheap but their service is unreliable. Try to save a few bucks may end up cost you a few thousands ... Regards, MS
