At 9:32 am this morning, I went to SEXI, in McLean VA. I spoke with Mr. Ken Walthers. He was just as surprised about the stock resuming trading as all of us were. He spoke with the SEC and they diecided to resume trading while reviewing all the financials. The SEC has everything they requested. SEXI is waiting for the SEC to review the info. He does not believe in telling the public about an anticipated deal until it is final. Mr. Hutteo wanted to make everyone happy and spilled the beans before they were cooked. The Coral Gables operation will be closing soon, to move everything up here and have everything under one roof. The company is OPERATING. I was given a brief tour of the facility and saw all the equipment the company has. I asked about Sprint and they are working with Sprint in Nashville, TN. The company has also been talking with a large communications company regarding their product. Personally, we need to wait and see. Frankly, everything looks like its on the up and up.
