I talked with Mr. Tilton after the press release tonight and asked him to explain the share reduction of 9M for me. He said the shares where taken back from former executives for NOT fulfilling their contractual arrangement. Additionally he said upon taking this job he is cleaning house and any shares that are not warented will be gone. This is a good reason to me why the share reduction has been in stages. He said their will be further house cleaning and we can expect it!! I say good job and thats the kind of issues I want my CEO addressing. I don't care if he reduces 10 shares a week if he knows they are for the best interest of shareholders. Sincerely, Mancel
