I called New Orleans from San Jose with the 5 cent/min. rate, and I would agree that the voice quality needs improvement. I also placed a call to IDT customer service, and they were very courteous about it. They are aware of the quality issues. However, I'm very confident that voice quality will improve as the technology matures, and that Net2Phone's large market share and experience will be a huge asset.
