(notice the asterisks). But don't forget that Pixar's CFO needs to help make sure that Pixar's stock stays up - not Apple's - and that there's been a fair amount of criticism leveled at SJ from within Pixar (which made it into the press) re: his lack of time committment and hands-on involvement with Pixar as of late. Also - he already owns a good chunk of Pixar's stock and might not want to run the risk of seeing its value decrease.
