The key to this companies future..The key to the stock's future, The key to the company implementing ANY of it's "bright future" lies 100%, absolutely, positively in it's ability to secure adequate financing for the co. End of story, Ride over, Stop the presses etc..!! A company without money is like water without "wet"!, like a clown without make-up, like Sigmass without Due Dilligence!!
We are being told alot of stuff about alot of stuff..As you can see, after all this stuff was revealed, the stock went down!!! Money, Money, Money..that is the key.. I know.. I own a small co. and without working capital...well Hasta La Vista, Baby!!
If we do not hear about a finalization of the financing agreement that was discussed in todays conference, Kiss it goodbye! We should hear of this soon..Why wouldn't venture capitalists or a bank not want to finance AGTI, especially now that the co. has the management in place, has the potential growth, etc.. If no bank wants this, then it means AGTI management could not convince the lenders/investors to back them.. Well, that would be really shi**y, since the co. can, has and will continue to convince us (and possibly themselves) about the "incredible future".. If a story just pops up (SOON!!!!) that financing has been gotten.. The entire complexion of the future for AGTI changes to "EXTREMLEY POSITIVE"... |
