Rob, I know a guy that is involved with there 64meg SDRAM, he tells me that in the past month that this project went from being the hottest project at TI to a lower priority and the tape out has been pushed out 2 months. He feels that this confirms that TI may be getting ready to sell there DRAM business. Hear anything about this??
