No it wasn't from someone on SI but rather a pretty big Broker/International Fund manager at my workplace. I can't tell you where I work but I will tell you it's one the biggest trading/holding companies in the world. He said the news was recent but I couldn't verify that, he also said he expects a quick 15% rise in the price of this stock. IMO I don't think it will close above 11 anytime soon, however todays volume was kind of high indicating good money is to be made trading in and out of it daily.
