[ Nasdaq Rules -- Help Needed ]

Hello Lurkers,

I would like to ask for your help.

Can anyone tell me what requirements need to be met before a Bulletin Board stock can be moved over to the Nasdaq OTC?

And conversely, with the recent talk about delisting low priced Nasdaq companies, what stocks are vulnerable to such action?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
