Yes, this is a very important technology shift. If I recall correctly Mitsubishi is the fab for NeoMagic. Samsung is also big into embedded DRAM.

If MU were smart they would exit the commodity DRAM business and re-orient themselves as a foundary specializing in embedded DRAM designs. But MU doesn't seem very smart.
