Hi Luis,
this is a surprise. Could this turn back into one happy family. Do all have good motives? Will all work together to move this company forward, or do hard feelings still persist?
We have followed this company for awhile and have hoped that this could be worked out. Maybe Katz realizes that he put the board in a legally difficult position, where they had to respond, or be put at peril. In my opinion, helmed encouraged his moves, benefited from them, and let him be the point man. But Katz in the end is responsible for his own moves. If he can move forward now, he may see his company and shares do well. In a way, this whole episode showed that he was trying to do to much and really couldn't do the CEO job justice.

Maybe it is finally all coming together. Let's see what happens (this is the best soap opera since barbarian at the gate). Now to make a great movie, the company and the shareholders need to come out as a resounding success.

Regards.
