Tara- This deal was a 'hype deal' and nothing more. I believe there are a few "S Filings" that most do not know about. The promoters were out of this deal in May with fees paid in excess of 400,000 shares I believe. When I get involved I visit the company directly eyeball the CEO and never rely on the promoter or hype. There are plenty of great small cap and BB companies that are real. Look at DBDY / WINZ / NBAI no hype real companies
