I'll attribute the 19 to Ms. Graph's TA and the MBC/SLC game. That'll most definitely get me off the hook!

All I remember is that with the MBC we could not make it past that number (must have been all those GTC buy orders in since 1996...) AND in 1996 we did not spend too many days under 19 AND 19 roughly connects the two lows of the last 2 years. That seemed like support to me though I have no clue if that's how it is determined. I would have said double bottom, stochastics, etc etc - but I figured that if I said anything here they would know at once I had no idea about what I was talking about.
