I have to agree with you on the valuation but the market doesn't seem to care. I hope with the impeding disasters in earnings for the tech sector that people will begin to look at fundamentals. I mean look at Microsoft. Sure they announced that earnings would be 4 cents ahead but the stack is at 60 times earnings and the CFO specifically warned twice that growth was slowing and that it would be in the 30 percent range and not the 50 percent range. This means the stock should have a PE of 30 not 60!!! Almost everybody focused on the earnings when the point of the conference was to warn people about slowing growth and to, in his words, "dampen an exurberence". No doubt microsoft is a great co but is this valuation warrented?
