Dumbmoney,

If MU were smart they would exit the commodity DRAM business and re-orient themselves as a foundary specializing in embedded DRAM designs. But MU doesn't seem very smart.

But they are doing just that...Last summer MU announced an alliance with LSI to embed Memory into ASIC logic chips and, as far as I know, continues to follow down this path.

I wish you "forever bears" would stay focused and stick to issues instead of MU bashing...it would be more constructive.

At some point in time you will have to stop listening to the whining and derogatory comments from the likes of Skeeter and others...and realize that MU is a great company in a lousy sector. If and when the sector unwinds and purges itself of the weak players in this sector, MU will be coming out on top.

Common sense should tell you that SEA can not continue to stay in a business that loses money. They are now finding it difficult to get funding for new technology, in their manufacturing and testing, and will literally be left in the dust with the rapid changes that we now see in the newer Memory devices.

I really think you guys better look more objectively at the segment changes and how MU is performing or you will start losing some serious money.

...remember...the reason for the name calling and MU bashing is b/c these fools are not making money on MU and therefore get angry with MU. That should tell you very simply...don't listen to them...it seems to me you are better off listening to nobody and maybe just flip a coin every morning.<g>

Good Luck Trading
