David, thanks for your views on rehab. IMO you said it, it takes management skill, and what IMO may happen is that by moving their focus from their gym business into so many other risky ventures they may neglect the side of the business they should care the most about.

IMO your strategy for shorting is a good one. Wait probably until after earnings release time! IMO the company has lot's of flexibility in their accounting practices which could allow meeting estimates (read the fortune piece posted here)
