Thanks for the news! This is great. They're moving all the pieces of a well planned strategy into place at light speed. The int'l private line business plans of the large carriers are going to be absolutely smoked by deals like this. This brings access costs down for QWST customers but the large carriers can't get deals like this approved internally because their VPs' and directors' sales plans are based on sales of expensive point-to-point data pipes. Should have bought a few more shares on that dip, I don't think it'll happen again today.
