Subsidiary Receives New Prepreg Orders From Boeing

LOS ANGELES, March 26 /PRNewswire/ -- Culver City Composites Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of THE
AMERICAN MATERIALS & TECHNOLOGIES CORPORATION (Nasdaq: AMTK; PCX: MTK) has won another contract
to supply its aircraft interior composites to the Boeing Commercial Airplane Group. The contract is for February through
December, 1998 and is estimated by the Company to increase revenues at Culver City Composites Corporation by
approximately $4 million.

''This order represents an important expansion of our product offerings to Boeing. We are pleased with this increase in
Culver City Composites' market share,'' said Jorg R. Huber, president of Culver City Composites Corporation.

Through its subsidiaries, The American Materials & Technologies Corporation manufactures and markets advanced
composite materials for customers in the aerospace, defense, transportation, communication, sporting goods, and other
industries. Products include fabrics, tapes and parts made from graphite, fiberglass, aramid, quartz and other fibers
impregnated with proprietary resin formulations, with special emphasis on high temperature applications, aircraft interiors and
high performance golf club shafts.
