"People are thinking like Brad Anderson is, that if the shorts were wrong about the patent, they'll be wrong about FDA approval." That is not the way I am thinking, and that is an illogical assumption to make based on my posts. I said clearly, and I repeat, the fact that Zonagen got their patent for Vasomax says to me that Vasomax is is unique enough to get a patent, and that can't hurt with their chances of obtaining FDA approval.
