CNBC had a Bear-Stearns technology analyst on at about 8am this morning. When asked what tech stocks he liked, he said CPQ. He recommended it as a buy and said that it should be 40 within one year. Didn't B-S just downgrade CPQ? Am I missing something here? Did anyone else see this interview??? Elwood P.
