Mark, I see that people aren't rushing in with the rules, so I'll reply. Maybe someone has the specific rules? I have seen a few NASDAQ small caps get delisted, I bottom fish. The move to OTC:BB has been almost automatic for those companies. However, the new OTC:BB rules may present some challenges. IPM became a filing company last year, but I don't think they kept the fillings up. They do have a basis to get back up to speed IMO. Financials have been cleaned up with Phoenix out of the way. I don't think that market cap is an issue at current stock price. I'm not ready to give up on them delisting from small cap yet.
