Colossal has been successful in temporarily lifting the liquidation proceeding against QMEL/Colossal due to some technicalities. Look for some fast dealmaking before the creditors claims are made in the proper legal form and reinstated. Investors Group from an offshore tax haven is interested in buying colossal but was unware it had debts in Zambia--it was told that the company was debt free.
