Hello..... Let me share a little secret with you about gas pipelines!! The "original" pipeline may have an "estimated life" of 40 years; but the old girl ain't dead yet!! That's a banker's number - not real world! When leakage (which happens, and is factored into operating costs) gets to a point that repairs are excessive; you insert a inner-liner (new, smaller outer-diameter, higher quality pipe) inside the old pipe line - and "keep-on-truckin'"! This is also done with water and sewage distribution systems; which I hope is LGOV's next diversification plan. Civil engineering projects for infrastructure are the backbone of every community, everywhere. The situation is pretty bleak until you can get clean water, gas and electricity to everyone; and collect and process the wastes that everyone generates - with maximum recycling as the end goal. Dan Mendez (and some of us engineers) have a grip!! As my hero with the NO-MAAM t-shirt always says,"....Let's ROCK!" John :-)
