From the 10Q Item 1. Legal Proceedings ----------------- The Company has been informed that in December 1997 Dr. Grausz filed a petition under Chapter 11 of the Federal Bankruptcy Code. The Company is an unsecured creditor as to the judgment against Dr. Grausz entered in favor of the Company in October 1997. --------------------------------------------------------------------- I would assume that Bruce is waiting to purchase Mr. Grausz's 5million shares at .10 cents a piece. Until then I would assume that Mr. Grausz is trying to get as much as he can for his stock. Perhaps Bruce will earn his Salary plus Bonus if he can get the court to approve his purchase of Grausz's stock for 500k. That would leave only 21mil out in public with 9 mil shares in Treasury!!!!!! --------------------------------------------------------------------- Until then, it may just be in our best interest to see the stock sit there and languish. A lower market price wil result in a lower purchase price of Grausz'z stock!!!!!.. In fact they may even get it cheaper if they agree to forgive the 250,000 dollar loan to Grausz!!!! Bankruptcy papers are generally public documents so if we can find out where he filed and locate the papers it may be quite telling!!!! ----------------------------------------------------------------- Once these 5 million in stock is swallowed by CIST I predict that the company will unleash its power and we will reap the benefits of Galton's business prowessness!! --------------------------------------------------------------------- At least I sure as heck hope so!!!!!!
