JOHN: IT SEEMS THAT THE MAIN PROBLEM THAT THE SEC HAS IS THAT EOSC ALLOWED ORIGINAL INVESTORS TO SELL THEIR STOCK ON THE OPEN MARKET EARLIER THAN THEY SHOULD HAVE. EOSC APPARENTLY RECEIVED BAD ADVICE FROM THEIR LAWYER, AND HE THOUGHT THAT IT WAS ALLOWABLE. MANY OF THE ORIGINAL INVESTORS PAID .50 PER SHARE, AND WERE THUS REWARDED HANDSOMELY AT OUR EXPENSE. FSS, THE "PUMP AND DUMP" COMPANY, WAS POSSIBLY (JUST A POSSIBILITY, NOT BASED ON ANY FACTS) PAID BY THESE INVESTORS, BUT EOSC APPARENTLY HAD NOTHNG TO DO WITH FSS. WE SHOULD HEAR SOMETHNG BY TOMORROW.
