Teri, A site that sits fallow for the next 12 months doesn't need equipment. If any Intel capital expenditure for equipment was slated for this year for this plant this is a hint. I have been following the continuing stream of announcements of earnings reductions and outright losses for testers, assemblers and suppliers and just don't think the fundamentals are there for a tech rally.
