Paul, I'm not sure what you meant by <<So, they dipped into those reserves they've been building up all these years, and cut expenses a little.>> During the conference call, they mentioned marketing costs would be lower because of no new product roll out costs. They also said that deferred revenue would be higher. Please explain what you mean by dipping into reserves. Regards, Bob
