I am not smart enough to rule out takeover but logic does dictate otherwise. No one can takeover GTW without insider cooperation and Waitt certainly knows if there are any talks in progress. There is no rule that he has to sell, so by not selling, he is certainly not "trading" on insider information. I certainly won't be selling if I intend to sell the company at a higher price.

The question comes right back to who is buying? Is there some knowledge of their performance this qtr that us small investors are completely in the dark about?

Are there anyone in the business on this thread who may have some feel as to how GTW boxes are selling this qtr?
