Saul...1)if your such a big shareholder why don't you call the company and ask Noam or Zev yourself 2)no, the company never preannounces as a policy whether good or bad. They've been this way for years and still never comment except for earnings. 3)Yes earnings growth will be slowing...analysts are calling for around 25% growth year over year going forward...(I think it will be little more as the analysts have always been a little conservative so that the company can outperform) and 4)NN and Dec have their own internal situations and neither one was a key to corporate growth. With the bulk of their growth coming from Europe I do not believe that either one of those companies was crucial to the real reason the stock dropped. NN has been sucking wind in their own right and DEC got bought out. They were not LAX about anything their kicking butt in everything but share value growth. And since we really are in this to make money I think that's the one area they need to address. Who cares how much sales grow when the stock sits still for almost two years.
