Hi all,
One thing that has to be considered as far as the native workers are concerned is , that the DRC government at present will not be recieving any revenue from them , they will from STS, nor do they have a share in the proceeds, they have with STS , that in itself is enough incentive for any cash strapped government to act on the indigenous miners ,do you not think, also I believe STS is more interested in the undelying deposits than in the surface scratchings
only my own opinion ,

Regards

John
