Kerry, My opinion is that MSFT runs out of gas when they run out of innovative companies to crib from and then put out of business. I think we are approaching that level now. What can MSFT copy from another firm that is big enough to move this elephant? There may be something out there, but I don't see it. And, of course, they never develop anything from scratch. MB
